Description

Attempting to use the apt repository gives

N: Skipping acquire of configured file 'universe/binary-arm64/Packages' as repository 'https://josm.openstreetmap.de/apt alldist InRelease' doesn't support architecture 'arm64'

However, the deb file has 'Architecture: all', so presumably the package list just needs to be changed to reflect this.

Can you please test with josm-latest ? 18306 should be available for your architecture.
