[PATCH] Add Distribute Action

Description

This is a patch to add a new action to distribute selected nodes (or the nodes of exactly one selected way). The nodes will be aligned in a line, and the distances between all nodes will be set to equal.

The line to which the nodes are distributed on, is based on the two nodes that are furthest apart. These two nodes will not be modified.

Patch against current svn and image for the menu is attached.
