Description

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. upload data - make CS-Comment: add apple
  2. upload data - make CS-Comment: add barber
  3. upload data - make CS-Comment: add citron
  4. upload data - change prefilled "add citron" to "add" (or "a")

What is the expected result?

add barber (last used) should prefilled

What happens instead?

add apple is prefilled

Same behavior on changing used imagery

This is not an enhancement, it comes new with the latest stable ... as bug.
Before latest stable JOSM prefilled the expected.

Action
