[PATCH] Select layer when right click on layers' list

Description

When you press right button above some layer, which is not selected, it shows proper popup-menu, but the previously selected layer is still selected. This confuses user a bit.
Look at the picture (actually clicked layer is "Validation")

Before showing popup menu, clicked layer should be selected.

I prepared small patch to fix this.

Actually, I prefer the current behaviour because it allows me to toggle visibility
of a layer without having to select the layer, toggle the visibility, switch
back to the layer I am working on.

Status: new → closed

It is bad UI anyway. Right clicking does not select anything usually, so also JOSM will not introduce such behaviour.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain framm.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
