double-clicking on items in turn restriction windows no longer works

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Find a street with available turn restrictions
2. Double-click on any of the items listed in the turn restriction window
3. Nothing happens.

What is the expected result?

In previous versions of JOSM, double-clicking on an item in the window will automatically select the data members of the relation in the current layer. (It's a shortcut for the same action as clicking the contextual right menu item "select data in current layer")

What happens instead?

Nothing is selected.

The screen shot below shows the turn restriction window with one item selected. In previous versions of JOSM, had an item in the window is double-clicked, it will select the data members of the relation that was double-clicked.
