What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. I founded the wiki page Plugin PublicTransportLayer
2. On Plugins list it is not in "List of available plugins" but in "Plugin documentation and online help inside the JOSM wiki"
3. I do not found it in Josm Preferences plugins

What is the expected result?

if this plugin no longer exists, it seems to me that its page in the JOSM wiki should be removed

What happens instead?

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.
