Description

How it works now

Description about an object can be added with multiple languages. To do so, one need to add manually the description:<ISO 639-1> suffix.

Currently, JOSM only supports the main (local language) description keys.

Proposed changes

I imagine the description preset extended. Under the current input field an optional searchable dropdown list with human-readable format for languages and next to a free text input field (the actual description).

What do you think, is it worth developing such a function for ones who don't know the ISO codes? :)
