Strange behavior of the gpx track loader when the connection is broken

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. You need to break the connection to the Internet. For example, turn off the Internet connection
2. Click "Download map data from a server of your choice"
3. Set "Raw GPS Data"
4. Click "Download"

The window for downloading gps points will not stop trying to download something
