Ignore service in "Preset does not contain property value"

Description

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Have a way with service=busway
  2. Run Validator

What is the expected result?

One warning: The key service has an uncommon value

What happens instead?

Two warnings on different levels:

  • The key service has an uncommon value
  • Presets do not contain property value (info)

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

Adding E:service to the second last section of ignoretags.cfg​ should do the job

The warning "The key service has an uncommon value" appears only when also highway=service (or railway=rail or waterway=canal) is present. So by adding E:service to ignoretags.cfg we would loose both warnings for cases when one of the other tags is not present. I don't like that.
Either we explicitly warn about service=busway or we keep everything as is now.
