Description

Defaulting to a full screen window every time JOSM starts is nasty. Especially for those of us working on multi-monitor system (it spreads itself across *all* the monitors!)

A follow up bug is #2083 to fix newly introduces issues.

The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
