Description
Hello.
In the iD editor, when you input the value for camera:direction onto a surveillance camera, it displays a grey cone to indicate the direction that the camera faces. JOSM does not have this feature, making it less convenient to tag cameras correctly.

I have spoken to the creator of the Direction paint style, and they have added support for camera:direction

Yes, that's what I wrote above.

Well, there is the external style Direction. It covers cameras but there are more tags like viewpoints, benches and traffic_signals which icons could be rotated to reflect the correct direction.
I was thinking about rotating the icon and at least NE, NW, SE and SW should be supported. I will stick to numbers in degree, meanwhile.
For cameras there are more values which could be used like camera:type
and camera:angle
.
