Deleting multiple filters at once

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Add 10 filters
2. Select all filters
3. Click the trash icon

What is the expected result?

All filters deleted

What happens instead?

Only one filter deleted

I guess this was a defect and it is a duplicate of #22439, fixed by r18571.
