JOSM currently lists Sentinel-2 cloudless 2018 via Maps/Worldwide.
Sentinel-2 cloudless 2019 is out now: https://eox.at/2020/03/sentinel-2-cloudless-2019/
Sentinel-2 cloudless 2020 is out now: https://eox.at/2021/03/sentinel-2-cloudless-2020/
According to https://s2maps.eu/#license, all maps starting with year 2018 are licensed CC BY-NC-SA 4.0.
According to Eox.at, SimonPoole has achieved a special permit for OSM for the years 2016/2018. How about 2019/2020?
