What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Hover any entry in the menu, such as Edit -> Paste

What is the expected result?

Nicely rendered tooltip text

What happens instead?

Tooltip text shows <html> code

Is this a general problem on macOS or does it depend on the L@F?
