What means "Non-public police facility"?

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Presets: item "Man Made/Man Made/Non-public police facility"

What is the expected result?

Expected some tag for private security firm, but finally we have "police=yes"
Actually I don't know what kind of tag to expect.
There is no wiki for non-public police facility,

What happens instead?

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

Expected also police units to be public, not private, but we have "amenity=police" in another preset.
Wiki: A police station is a place that serves as a primary point of contact for the public, i.e. public-facing police facilities.
