IllegalArgumentException when uploading changes

When uploading changes the exception below happened. Not sure how to reproduce this, I haven't seen it before, it didn't happen on my next upload and as far as I know I didn't do anything unusual. I think (but am not 100% sure) this happened when the source field lost focus because I tried to click upload. Afterwards (without closing the upload dialog) the source field still had focus and my next click somewhere else also caused an exception. After ignoring the error I could click the upload button and everything seems to have worked as expected after that.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.
