Relation selection bug/misfeature

Description
The recently added function to select relation objects when clicked on them in the list can be sometimes annoying, especially if you want to add polygons to relation (You select polygons. You click on relation with intention to edit it and add the selection there. But then the relation polygons got selected (and your original polygons unselected) and zoomed to instead).
I suggest the relation should be selected only if doubleclicked. Or perhaps this relation auto-selection should be turnable off.
Also, if you select empty relation (no relation members) this way (for example to delete it after you delete it's members), map gets completely zoomed out.

I've restored former list behaviour, except that the select button now also zooms to the new selection.
doubleclick is used to open the editor, just as it's done in the properties panel - I don't want to change this
I would consider an empty relation to be a bug in the data. I don't intend to optimize the code for bugs ;-)
