What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Create node
  2. Add building=yes
  3. Run validator

What is the expected result?

JOSM complains

What happens instead?

No complaint

Buildings on nodes always should be upgraded to areas and almost always can be

-1 The important info is that there is a building. It is often not possible to draw a proper shape, e.g. when the building is on a private area and covered by trees. I've also used a node only for buildings which don't yet appear on aerial images as I don't have the means to collect more details while cycling.

Hmm, this may fit Osmose or Maproulette better.

I got spoiled by high quality aerials/LIDAR basically elsewhere.
