Adding the background map of geoservices.bayern.de does not work.

What steps will reproduce the problem? ¶

1. Go to the background image prefernces
2. Look for: Bayern (80 cm) and add the map
3. Download a data set inside Bavaria (Germany) and set the backgroud image to Bayern (80 cm)

What is the expected result? ¶

A background image (aeria view) of from the Bayernatlas is shown.

What happens instead? ¶

An error message is shown instead of the downloaded tiles:
"Fehler beim Herunterladen von Kacheln: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException:PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCerPathBuilderException: unable to find valdid certification path to requested target. This issue was solved by adding the let's encrypt certificate to java:
