Presets in toolbar crash

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Preferences>Toolbar
2. Add presets
3. Add separator or other buttons

What is the expected result?

To add the separator or button

What happens instead?

Full system crash, after rebooting, sometimes reproducing the same steps, it recovers from the color screen crash and says that the system recovered from a screen controller problem.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

Color screen crash (white, green, yellow,... one color each time). Tried multiple times, crashes always in the same place, with different degrees of severity. Windows 7 up to date, last java update yesterday. Today is 2020-01-13.

I see a lot of error messages about invalid plugins. I suggest to delete those plguins and install them freshly.
