Download along not working

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Open JOSM
2. Open a gpx of a track exported from Basecamp 4.7.3
3. Click to "Download along"

What is the expected result?

No idea - was trying to find out myself

What happens instead?

Window comes up asking me to report a bug
