False positive:
[ dog:conditional=no @ (Mar 01-Oct 01) ]
Mapillary image:

[ bicycle:conditional=no @ (Mar 01-Oct 01) ] is correct (by JOSM Validator), so only "dog:" is wrong syntax? Which is false positive!
Also: [ dog=no ] is correct (by JOSM Validator), so "dog" should not be a Warning.
