[PATCH] URL truncation

Description

The URL given at the bottom of the "Bounding Box" download dialogue is too long. Here's a patch that will truncate the latitude and longditude depending on the zoom. It uses the same method the main OSM slippy map does (​http://trac.openstreetmap.org/changeset/5130).
