The built-in preset for amenity=parking misses a number of approved parking-tag values. This patch adds the four that have been approved by the OSM community, and are in use (carports, garage_boxes, and sheds have been approved since 2009 and are in use, and parking=street_side is a newly approved tag-value).
For parking=street_side a separate preset is introduced in this patch where the parking:orientation tag can be set. This tag is not relevant for other parking-types, hence the separate preset.
