[PATCH] Presets: add remaining approved parking=* types, parking=street_side support

The built-in preset for amenity=parking misses a number of approved parking-tag values. This patch adds four (carports, garage_boxes, and sheds have been approved since 2009 and are in use, and parking=street_side is a newly approved tag-value).

For parking=street_side a separate preset is introduced in this patch where the parking:orientation tag can be set. This tag is not relevant for other parking-types, hence the separate preset.

street_side was mean-while added. I would not add a second preset but would add the orientation to the general parking preset with some text, like:
