FlatLaf: wrong look for HideableTabbedPane in Preferences dialog — at Initial Version

Description
Since introducing HideableTabbedPane in r17314, some tabs in Preferences dialog does not use FlatLaf look and it is hard to recognize selected tab.
Occurs on following Preference pages:
- Plugins
- Data validator
- Imagery
