Description

This is a follow-up of #7548. see my comment 144.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Have an OAuth access token configured in preferences -> OSM Server.
  2. Check "Display Advanced OAuth Parameters"

What is the expected result?

A vertical scroll bar on the right that all context is reachable

What happens instead?

No scrollbar and on a small display some context is not reachable

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

Not sure if it is the only tab with this problem.
Might be worth, a default setting for all tabs and have tabs with special layout like "Imagery" let overwrite the setting. At least for core tabs where plugins can add context we will never know the height in advance.
