    33- Finish the three other tickets for 21.02
    4 - Mark a commit as 'tested'
     4- Mark the last commit as 'tested' once those three are closed
    55- @stoecker babysits the process a bit to make sure that the 'stable' re-build gets triggered on GitHub.
    66- Once a release is built, the links on the wiki get updated to point to https://github.com/openstreetmap/josm/releases/latest/download/JOSM-macOS-java15.zip (which then won't be a 404), or the apache redirect gets updated to point to that - dealer's choice.
