What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected result?

No warning: (among others) cycle sports and (ice) skating tracks often have defined mandatory directions

What happens instead?

missing tag - oneway without highway, railway or aerialway

It's not listed in the wiki, but it definitely makes sense as the most logical tag to indicate the direction for the sporters. Affects ​736 ways currently.
