Make possible to copy layer names

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Select any layer in layer list window
2. Use ctrl-c
3. use ctrl-v in text editor

What is the expected result?

Layer name is copied

What happens instead?

Layer name is not copied

If you mean the imagery list in the preferences:

• make the layer active (i.e. move it to the bottom list)
• use F2 or double click on the layer name

If you mean the layer list panel on the right:

• use F2, double click on the layer name or right click on the layer name -> rename layer

Then you can copy the text.
