Validation via MapWithAI does not recognize accents or apostrophes

What steps will reproduce the problem?

I was unable to reproduce locally (note: I tried with v1.6.1 and the -dev version).

Note: I did test at ​https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/114713782 (I'm 99% confident this is the location in the screenshot). I am not able to test with (roughly) the same settings you have, since there wasn't a setting output in the status report.

All that being said, I would expect addr:street=Carrer des Romani next to a street with name=Carrer des Romaní to throw an warning, since they are not the same. But if there is a road with name=Carrer des Romani, it won't throw a warning (depending upon some other factors).
