Hi !
is see that i the template for defibrillator the tag defibrillator:location will define.
i would prefer the country-suffix will be generate automatically (defibrillator:location:de) or in a seperate tag.

JOSM does not support any language suffix in defaultpresets, even
name:<LANG>ordescription:<LANG>are not present. Why isdefibrillator:location:<LANG>that important to make an exception?
