plugins use wrong directories

Description

plugins that create new files such as the osmarender or ywms plugin don't write their files into their own directory JOSM\Plugins\osmarender or ywms, but rather randomly in one of the existing like mappaint, validator or osmarender.

This is especially annoying, as the ywms plugin doesn't work as Firefox can't find the file that should be in the ywms folder.

BTW: I'm running WindowsXP

Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain josm@….
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
