MenuItemSearchDialog: initialize imagery menu

Description

For CTRL+Space, initialize imagery menu first to allow searching for imagery layers.

Now possible:

  1. Start JOSM
  2. Pan to lat=47 lon=11 (Austria)
  3. CTRL+Space, search for "basemap"

Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain simon04.
as The resolution will be set.
