JOSM doesn't allow me to deal with conflicts

Description

Trying to upload changeset. If there some warnings I deal with them and then upload. When changeset has points to modify it tells me that there are conflicts to handle. Clicking on synchronize all and nothing display. It happens every time and I can't upload anything

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
