[Patch] Normalize the direction of all images in a GeoImageLayer

Description

This feature allows to normalize the direction of a sequence of geotagged images. With it, each image with the direction of the next image of the sequence.

The last image of the sequence will use the direction of the previous one.

This feature is available in Josm Core since a few years. This ticket could be closed.
