Consider making highway=track color-adaptive based on aerials or add halo

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. use aerial with plenty of brown (early spring / late autumn images in forest in temperate climate)
2. map highway=track tractype=grade5

What is the expected result?

highway=track is visible

What happens instead?

it is not
