add smart way selection in splitting

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. map missing bridge
2. select two nodes where road should be split, that are also nodes of a bridge (see attachment)
3. select split action

What is the expected result?

Road is selected for splitting (the other candidate is unlikely to be target of splitting).

What happens instead?

JOSM demands me to explicitly select a way for splitting.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

Similar thing is often happening with tunnel=building_passage splitting. If this feature would be considered as potentially viable I can add more examples and usecases.
