Remove Maxar from aerial image list

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Try to use Maxar

What is the expected result?

I see tiles

What happens instead?

I see error messages.

Maxar stopped providing public tile service, so it is not a JOSM bug. See ​https://www.openstreetmap.org/user/@kevin_bullock/diary/391652
