Deprecate landuse=churchyard

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Create closed way
2. Tag as landuse=churchyard
3. Run validator

What is the expected result?

Warning level "churchyard is an ambiguous tag, use amenity=graveyard for graveyard and landuse=religious for grounds surrounding a place of worship"

What happens instead?

Presets do not contain property value - Value 'churchyard' for key 'landuse' not in presets. (1) at info level

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

This tag is problematic as it duplicates more common ways to map such objects and conflicts with some uses of this word.

Currently it is a sole tag found after entering "churchyard" in ​https://preview.ideditor.com/master/
