Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- open a big osm file >2mb in josm and change some tags (say all natural=water in stockholms län)
- suddenly your input is not received and you cant select in text boxes
- restart is the only thing fixing it
I'm sorry I cant narrow it down any further. I experienced it multiple times when working on output from osmfilter in JOSM.
What is the expected result?
What happens instead?
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

Please try to categorize the issue further, nobody else reported such issue so it has to be linked to your environment:
- hardware? can you try another machine?
- OS? You seems to use a unusual Linux distribution. Does it also happen with Debian/Ubuntu ?
- Java? As said, please try also Java 11
- other software causing a conflict?
- window manager?
Only you can find the root cause. Once it is identified, we can know if we have something to do or not.

I use parabola GNU/Linux and I'm happy to hear I'm the only one having this issue. Will try upgrading java first.

Thanks for the tips. :)
