Action/Open

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. with JOSM version 15492 and Windows 10
2. I do File > Open to to be able to make screenshots of the open dialog to the french wiki.
3. I decrease the width of the dialog

What is the expected result?

to have the same dimensions as the https://josm.openstreetmap.de/wiki/Help/Action/Open

What happens instead?

The OK and cancel buttons disappear

This dialog is not managed by JOSM but by Java. So it's a Java bug. You can try to update your version of Java (current version is 8u221 and you have 8u181).

Ok, I understand that this is not a josm bug.

For information: I updated to java 8u221 and the java bug is still present
