Typo in file type chooser dropdown menu

Just wanted to add a custom MapCSS file advised in ticket:17533#comment:9, but ran into the issue.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Add a custom MapCSS validator rule with .mapcss extension
2. Try to select the file with default file type chooser

What is the expected result?

You should be able to select *.mapcss and *.validator files separately.

What happens instead?

Only *.validator.mapcss can be selected.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

That's not a typo. The expected extension is validator.mapcss
