In the relation dialog, add a member. Attempt to add it again - a dialog pops up.
Here "Cancel" and "No" seem to be identical functionally, perhaps one of them can be removed.

Please test it with more than one object including one which is not part of the relation, yet.
- Cancel does cancel the whole action while
- No is the answer to the question
We need both.
