HouseNumberTaggingTool seems to be broken

What steps will reproduce the problem? ¶

1. Select a building
2. Press k to open HouseNumberTaggingTool
3. Try to fill the form with any data - for example select a country from drop-down
4. Menu with country list opens but nothing happens when selecting an entry

What is the expected result? ¶

Accepting any input :)

What happens instead? ¶

Form remains empty
