recommend to remove area=yes from bridge:support=pier

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Create closed way
2. Tag it with area=yes and bridge:support=pier
3. Run validator

What is the expected result?

Validator complains and offers to remove this tag.

What happens instead?

Nothing.

There are 19 bridges worldwide (if I counted right) with a total of 62 ways. Most of them were added in 2016 and 2017. A few in 2018 and none in 2019. So we should just edit these 62 objects and done.
