convert roof:shape=half_hipped to roof:shape=half-hipped

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. create closed way
2. tag with roof:shape=half_hipped
3. run validator

What is the expected result?

Upgrade to roof:shape=half-hipped is suggested

What happens instead?

Nothing.
