Importvec throws exception when importing

Description

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Install importvec plugin
  2. Open SVG file "File-> Open..."
  3. Close the unexpected "Opening files" dialog
  4. Set scale and curve to 1:1 and 4 (or 100, doesn't matter)

What is the expected result?

Plugin imports the svg into josm.

What happens instead?

an unexpected exception occurs
