Remove
tourism=apartments (old tag, see wiki) and
tourism=wine_cellar (possibly amenity [see the talk page] and used only 504 times wordwide)

What do you mean with "cleanup" and "remove". These tags are not in the internal presets.

You can see those two keys in the tourism dropdown list. In my opinion they shouldn't be there.
