Description

junction:ref=* is already supported in ​iD.

Add support for ​junction:ref=* on road links, to reduce confusion with the widely used ref=* for road numbers.

Relation editor should render junction:ref=* as "Junction [number]", appearing only if ref=* and name=* is not defined.
